Has some cons If you do not blow the air supply valve for the cappuccinatore, then in the morning, for example, foam may not be made, since this valve is rubber and can simply stick together from milk despite rinsing with water in the evening, and every time it is too expensive to use a special washing liquid, and even with it does not always solve the problem. And take it out, albeit quickly, but with disconnection and analysis of the cappuccinatore. Therefore, I simply blow through the milk supply tube with a preliminary overlap of the cappuccinatore, this is many times faster. I don’t know how relevant the tap is for turning on the cappuccinatore, because the coffee machine itself can stop the steam supply, but all the action is still left to the user.
