This wallet is the closest thing to my Rolf brand. I've been using the old one for over 25 years. I waited too late. The card holders in the old one were lazy and I didn't want to lose my stuff so it's time for a new one. I've been looking for months. Rolf women's wallets are no longer made like mine. Eventually I came back here and again looked for a replacement. I found this brand from Buxton and it looks like my old Rolf. It's the same size. I chose a color other than black. I ordered the one pictured above in mahogany but got black instead. My last one was black so okay. black it. I like that about it. He has a wallet with a gold latch instead of a zipper. You can open it and see your coins instead of blindly pulling things out of a dark zippered pocket. The wallet still has enough card slots to keep everything I need close at hand. I like the split sections for the bundle of money. My old man had it too. I wasn't thrilled with the photo holders. I finally got my old one out and am using it. I don't like that now. My Rolf had a clasp that opened when the purse was full and that opened with four different clasps. It's not like this. I guess I didn't think of that before ordering. Just putting the essentials in the new one doesn't want to click as it doesn't expand. I don't know what a customer should do on a payday and the wallet won't close. Second, it's not soft leather like my old one. My husband felt it first and said he was disappointed with it. It's better rigged and good, just doesn't feel like leather. Cheap. I was really hoping I could find one like mine, but that's what came up. It stores the things I put into it. Love the embossed logo as well as the other one even though it's in the front corner for all to see. In summary, this will work, but I disagree for the price. Yes, I am a very unusual woman. I buy quality when I can afford it and until it breaks and serves its purpose I don't change anything. The wallet I bought many years ago is used every day and still looks brand new. Even my old wallet looks new until you open it and all the card slots fall apart. I don't know if others will have the same ailments as I do, but I certainly wish I had someone to love. I couldn't give any higher stars because the rating features were only for shoes and we definitely don't want to start with them.
