These wipes are a great and affordable alternative to more expensive name brand wipes. There are other generic brands I've tried at Revain, but this one has the softest texture, similar to the MakeUp Eraser brand (just a little less fluffy, but that's not a problem for me given the price). I use it with water to remove makeup but use eye makeup remover to remove waterproof mascara more easily. They are also great for using toner to save on cotton pads.
