I recently purchased the HoldCY LED headlight bulbs to upgrade my car's lighting system. While the bulbs are definitely brighter than my previous halogen ones, I did notice some drawbacks. Let's start with the positives. These bulbs are incredibly bright, even in the darkest of conditions. The 6,000K cool white light illuminates the road in front of you, making it easier to spot potential hazards. Plus, the 80W and 10,000LM output is nothing to scoff at. Installation was also a breeze, as the bulbs fit perfectly into my car's existing housing. Unfortunately, there were some downsides to these bulbs. First and foremost, I noticed a significant decrease in lifespan. The bulbs burned out after only six months of use, which was a huge disappointment. Also, I noticed a slight glare when driving at night, which made it harder for other drivers to see. Finally, the price point is higher than other LED bulb options on the market. Overall, the HoldCY Headlight Bulbs are a mixed bag. While they provide excellent brightness and a cool white light, the decreased lifespan and higher price point may not be worth it for some drivers.
