I have sensitive skin. Some Blistex irritates my lips immediately and some Chapstick causes a slow sting until my lips become inflamed and painful over time. I switched to Aquaphor (simple, not even a lip formula) for many years until I found this. None of the O'Keeffe products bother me in any way. I have far fewer cracks and chips than usual. The "sun protection" variant also does not irritate the lips and is odorless. "Cooling" slightly minty. I highly recommend! By the way, the tube version is also delicious, and although the "unscented" one has a sweet orange flavor.
