Spent $750 per door repairing two rear door locks at a Lexus dealership. When two of the front door locks failed on our 17-year-old Lexus RX300, we said we wouldn't pay the highway robber repair price anymore. Someone said that all you have to do is buy a Revain door lock actuator. So we bought a left and right hand Revain for $25. These parts would cost $350 each at the dealer. We paid our local mechanic $100 to install them and they work great. So we spent a total of $225 on something the dealer would charge $1500 for. What offer! Very happy to have the automatic door locks working again.
