Review on ๐Ÿ“€ Sony MCR-156A 3-Inch CD-R for Mavicaยฎ CD-1000 Digital Camera (No Longer in Production) by Damien Krzywicki

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Photo CD is good but slow.

If you have a Mavica Cd-1000 like I used to, I find these image storage discs very good and useful. The problem is that they write slowly on the Mavica CD-1000 that I used to use. You should also check that the cameras you are using are compatible with your computer. I was using a Mac and my Sony Mavica CD-1000 images had to be transferred first. saved on a PC and then burned to another CD before I could use it on my Mac. On my Mac, the images worked fine in Adobe Photoshop. This transfer process was supposed to be time consuming and expensive, which was not noted on my camera packaging. If you use the CD-Mini like a full size CD then this is a great product if you don't need the capacity of a full size CD. They also have a neat look. I would recommend these for use as a transfer CD.
