Waste of money. I figured that with the pandemic I would start using my water dispenser and thought it would be a great idea to save some money and time by going to the store to look for water, or 5 gallons -Tow refill bottles back and forth to the store and back. . I used the bottle for 5 months until I got up one morning and thought I was seeing things because the water at the bottom looked green. Looking closely, it turned out that algae had grown on the bottom of the bottle and around the top of the filter. I contacted Amazon but as the return period had expired they said there was nothing they could do for me and told me to contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and asked for a refund so maybe I could try something else as I don't trust this system and am afraid it will happen again even with a new filter. The manufacturer said they didn't want to refund my money and would send me a new filter as well as flush the existing bottle and flush my dispenser which I'm also now fed up with having algae in it. I haven't received a new filter yet.
