Thin but effective - swaddle blankets
I was given Velcro cotton diapers at the hospital and they were so big for my newborn that they kept pulling on her face. They weren't bulky enough and thick enough to be swaddled comfortably without giving her a fever. left out of her face. Highly recommended.
