Review on 💧 Advanced Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System by Express by Ines Jones

I am very pleased with this purchase and the quality of customer service I received when calling Express Water. My experience is this. The reason for purchasing this reverse osmosis system was not only because I wanted to drink clean water, but also because I also have a 50 gallon aquarium that I had to service and had 20%-25% of the aquariums replaced. ' The water had to be done with R/O water every week to keep the PH under control and also to keep all the crap that the city puts into the water from my tank to keep the ammonia, nitrate - and maintain nitrite balance. The entire R/O corpus is well labeled and the instructions provided were extremely helpful and you could tell it was written by someone whose native language was English. After hooking up the system and flushing with water first, I checked the PH and TDS. The pH was extremely high, between 8 and 9, and the TDS was around 13. After speaking to George on the phone, he was a technician to talk to in the express water and spent time checking the water on many Testing different species, however the PH was always extremely high The TDS was around 13 compared to 150+ out of the tap meaning the R/O system was working but I wouldn't recommend high PH water put in my aquarium because it would kill my fish. And from what I've read the PH of R/O systems should be between 6-7 or neutral. George sent me a small deionizer to see if adding a deionizer would solve the problem. Of course this happened and lowered my TDS levels. Adding a little deionizer increased the TDS from 13ppm to 2-3ppm and the PH changed from 8-9 to around 8. So we've made progress. I went ahead and bought two Express Water deionizing filters, plugged them in and, wow, I got an upgrade. The TDS was now 0ppm and the PH was between 6 and 7, right where it was needed for my fish and also for drinking. During the setup of this R/O system I called Express Water many times and Audrey always answered the phone and was a pleasure to speak to. It should be a small business or a family business which I think is best to work with. George showed he has a lot of R/O experience and helped me get what I needed. It's not always the product. Customer service is also a buying factor and both were excellent.
