Fits true to size, but if you are a bit smaller I would recommend sizing down. I'm 4'11" and the skirt hits just above my knees when it's down and straight. Stretchy material (like spandex) that helps you look like an hourglass. I really like the skirt and I love it goes perfectly with the black top.
