Few people have mentioned this issue so I don't think it was as dramatic as it really is. The curve on the sides of these nails is so dramatic I won't even use them. I regret this purchase, especially as they cost the same as other better quality nails. The people who write these wonderful reviews are probably unaware of the key qualities required for a beautiful nail. This nail is missing the most important thing, the shape. I love that they are pre finished which means they are thin enough to be gel buffed and you can finish them off with thin acrylic too. Also, my box was damaged but there wasn't actually a shipping box, leading me to believe they shipped a broken box? It wouldn't be a problem if I like nails, but it's worth mentioning. I bought longer ones, I don't recommend it either, these two nails have an incredible bend. The nail bed should not be higher than the actual nail tip. There must be some kind of outgrowth to create a strong nail. (The tip goes so far that it extends beyond the nail bed)
