My friend saw mine (I've had them for ages so it's not that brand) and he liked them. (We made mushroom-filled puff pastry.) She said she cuts with a kitchen knife, and I decided she needed one. The handle is shorter than mine, but that's a minor thing. Also makes a cute little border. She thanked me several times. Bk I did not hold the thing, I put 4 *. For me 5*. i think you will like it; go and try. I love mine - and it's cute to display in my tool chest. mb
