Works great when you know what it's doing!

I ordered this device thinking I could use it to charge multiple devices with a single USB-C PD adapter. Well this is achieved with a limit of around 2 amps shared by all 3 USB-A ports. You can connect the PD Charger to a USB-C port with a USB-C cable or with an external cable. When you hit the 2 amp limit, the device will restart and all ports will reduce the charging current to keep it under the limit. But he does more! Yes, I know it's meant to be used as a mini USB-C hub, but I didn't know I could test this functionality on my Samsung S9 phone! I connected a USB-C cable to my S9 and a monitor to the HDMI port. The phone asked if I wanted to download Samsung DEX and when I did that a desktop like Linix opened up on the monitor! I connected a mouse, keyboard and USB speaker to a hub and had a webbook powered computer. I could surf the web and open MS Office for work! The hub can also act as an SD card reader for my phone or other device connected to the USB-C cable, and act as a mini hub to add a monitor to a laptop or desktop! Quite a lot of features for a $20 device!
