I have a Dell Inspiron 13-5378. It's a 13-inch 2-in-1 laptop with Windows 10. It's simple. I removed 9 screws to remove the bottom of the PC, disconnected the battery, pulled out the original memory card and inserted two A-Tech 16GB DDR4 2666MHz SODIMM 260-pin PC4-21300. Of course I put everything else back in. When I booted up, the PC immediately saw the new memory and started it without any action on my part. However, to calm my paranoid nature, I went into the Windows settings, which confirmed that all 32 gigabytes of memory were indeed being used to the full. I needed more memory for the more complex scores I've recently recorded with Avid Pro Tools software. . The additional memory immediately eliminated the crashes and performance issues that Pro Tools suffered from. Thank you A-Tech for making this easy and affordable!
