After waiting almost 2 weeks (!) for this teapot I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED and disappointed when I took it out of the box and found a scratch with missing paint right in the middle of the teapot saw clear sight. It is even more obvious that this was a returned damaged item as it was carelessly repackaged in the box. The lid of the teapot floated freely in the box, and the teapot itself was casually tossed into a thin plastic bag that wasn't even fully wrapped around the teapot. SO DISAPPOINTED! Of course I immediately put it back in the box and will be sending it back!
