I love this water bottle! I typically drink 1-2 16 ounce bottles of water a day. I thought this bottle would motivate me to drink more throughout the day. Much to my surprise, I drank the entire bottle in less than 6 hours on the first day! You drink so much water and you don't even notice it because of the straw. I thought maybe I need to step up to the gallon size because I fill it up twice a day, but then I realized this bottle is perfect because 1/2 gallon is very heavy to carry. I don't want to lug around a liter jar with me all day. I'd rather fill it out twice. Three of my friends bought because they liked my colors and concept. Once you have it, you're guaranteed to drink tons of water!
