Update: I continue to receive harassing emails from the company asking them to change my rating. They offered $5 (unethical) and emailed almost every day. One of them showed a man talking about how her husband had left her and their children and desperately trying to change that. I sent Revane but they do nothing. Avoid this company and buy something else. I received the product and tried to charge it, but the base station does not charge the device. There is a green light on the side indicating power and it does not light up. There is no way to charge the vacuum. The vacuum setting took several tries, it's not the most user-friendly. But it's finally set up. Performance might be okay, but Revain seems to have a lot of issues with it. "Not charging" or "The vacuum cleaner can't find the base" are all signs that the base isn't working. In terms of quality, the base is very, very light and made of cheap plastic. Very easy. So they probably cut corners and suffer as a result. I will send back and not get a replacement.
