Really wanted to like this because this is more "natural " than most shampoos .
Really wanted to like this because this is more "natural" than most shampoos sold in stores, unfortunately, this instantly tangles and dries out my hair. I don't know if it's because the pH is too high (basic), or if certain ingredients are causing my hair to tangle up. The matting (both small and large tangles) happens as soon as I wash my hair with this. I can see some white residue in the knots, most likely the result of this shampoo chemically reacting with water. In addition, this shampoo fries my hair, making it abnormally frizzy. Right now, my hair is the unhealthiest, most tangled it's ever looked - like a bird's nest. Stay away.
