Too flimsy to work well as a license plate frame. It doesn't really have hooks to hook onto the license plate; it simply rests on the front of the panel and is attached to it with the same screws that attach the panel to my truck. And since my truck only has two license plate screws (at the top of the license plate), there was nothing to attach the frame to the bottom edge of the license plate. I bought some short flat head screws and nuts to attach the frame to the bottom edge of the board and this reduces the wobble a bit. But the frame is a great reflector.
