Review on Forged Female Legines Brass Fitting by Jeff Payne

Legines 3/8 NPT brass tube fittings open on the thread with minimal pressure. They were much thinner and weaker than I expected. Technically, anything that has an NPT thread needs to be at least strong enough to mate with other parts and hold the seal. Both parts I purchased cracked around the center hole in the same area, leading me to believe they were flimsy castings that were just too thin for a sealed application.
