Great design as advertised, durable but has a HORRIBLE smell. Anything you put inside will absorb the smell. I bought this a few months ago as a toy chest and extra space for our son's room. it still stinks. I read reviews that it stinks so when I got it I let it air out and sprayed it. I put some toys in it for a week or so and now the toys smell like a box. I've sprayed Febreeze fabric freshener, left it open for weeks, tried potpourri sachets, left it in the sun for days, and it still stinks. The toys have only been in for about a week and now I keep them in the closet and they still stink as does the storage box! I love it as a seat and as a decoration but I can't use it for storage because it pollutes everything with a bad smell.
