I agree with other reviewers, yes the formula is very difficult to wash off the skin when doing the boo-boo and it is very runny, almost watery in consistency. I really hate it when it just won't come off with a cotton swab and you have to rub your eyes hard and ruin your makeup. The only thing I like about her is the smell, I love everything Rose has but I won't buy her again.
