Review on 🏠 Natura Cottage Dog House by TRIXIE by Mathew Hishmeh

Bought two of these through Revain.com since i thought they would be shipped by petco i could trust the name petco they both arrived broken one worse than the other the less broken one i was able to salvage and put together with some extra glue (not normally needed) the other was in poor condition.I only pulled out two pieces and the top edge was torn into small pieces and the front was torn in half.After pulling out the bottom half of the front I decided it wasn't worth doing the remaining pieces pull it out because I was afraid I would never pack it back I ordered them on 12/21/2012 According to the records they were shipped on 12/28/2012 I received them on Thursday 1/10/2013 I have trying to assemble it on Saturday 01/12/2013 (first opportunity to collect it). I c customer service on Saturday (12. January 2013). They said they would schedule a pickup for next Tuesday and send a replacement after I took pictures of some of the broken parts. Nothing had been filmed as of Wednesday evening. I called again on Wednesday evening (January 16, 2013). I was then told that the manufacturer is still deciding whether to ship replacement parts or a new device... News for me; I asked for a call back on Friday with the status of her decision. No call came, so I called on Monday (January 21, 2013), a week after the first call. At that point I decided I wanted a refund. Delivery scheduled by customer service for Friday (January 25, 2013). I'll call this morning to make sure pickup is still scheduled and to explain where the box is (under the porch due to the snow storm). I was then told that no pickup was scheduled and a customer representative would take care of it and call me back within 24-48 hours. I love the look, materials, and design for a basic dog house, but I would never order one again, especially from Petco.
