Relatively easy assembly. Much easier if you have a helper when you rotate the balloons around the center. I filled the bases with sand because I didn't have to risk water leaks. I ended up using quite a bit of balloon glue since they had to travel, but it would probably be fine even without it if they weren't being transported. Easy to disassemble and the towers are fully reusable which is awesome. The only downside was that the sticks were difficult to hold in the bases. They just sit there with nothing to hold them and they don't fit properly so the slightest hit will fling them out of him. In general I'm satisfied, for my purposes I got along perfectly.
