This is only a bomb if you live in an arid climate. I live in the desert and my face beats from lack of moisture, sun and wind. I use it twice a day and it really locks moisture into the skin, especially when applied to damp skin after a few sprays of Garnier SkinActive Facial Mist Spray with Rosewater. Sometimes I use it alone and sometimes I combine it with a few drops of Bulgarian rose oil in jojoba oil and then apply a Garnier 3-in-1 facial moisturizer for extra protection (really windy and sticky). here now dry). I'm sure this sounds like an ad for all of these Garnier products, but they work well together and I love that they're all rose-scented. It smells nice when I fall asleep at night, but it doesn't compete with my other perfume products. I am seriously concerned that they will discontinue this line (because it seems like all cosmetic companies are doing this lately) and I am considering bulk buying some of these products.
