Ideal for small batch labeling or temporary field work
I purchased this item to make cable flags on multi-pair fiber optic and coaxial cable for equipment racks. Well for smaller diameter cables the length is ideal to make a flag and then a transparent plastic covering the part of the label intended for lettering. My equipment carriers are temporary constructions and change from time to time, so this product is the perfect application for me. However, if I'm going to do a permanent install, I'd strongly recommend printing labels (unless you have star handwriting, lol).
