Review on πŸ‘• Premium Non-Toxic Clothing Moth Traps - 8 Pack | Effective Pheromone Attractant for Clothes | Odorless Sticky Traps for Closet & Carpets by Shedrick Roach

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Incredibly effective clothing (rugs, wool, etc.) Trap!

I received a batch of knitting yarn that was infested with moth eggs (too small to notice, like tiny grains of sand). And voila, after a few months the house was full of moths. who came to woolen rugs, cashmere, silk (and even acrylic) sweaters, woolen coats and knitted woolen accessories at night while everyone slept!#! Adult moths are tiny 1/4 inch light beige gold. It's their tiny 1/8 inch larvae that are predatory demons. and they'll leave your stuff to shreds in no time. Also non-wool items such as silk, acrylic etc. Trap A Pest gives 20% off packaging scan code for future orders! Cedar logs, essential oils, and sachets of lavender did little to solve the problem. So I ordered several brands of these scented pheromone traps. The pest trap worked like a gem as you can see in the picture. Trap A pest traps worked better (caught more moths) than other more expensive brands. Those last 3 months, then the pheromone scents are gone, so replace them every season. When assembling, make sure to carefully insert the latch into the slot by hooking the front of the hanger first. If the slit on the back is torn, just stick tape like I did in this new batch, I got 6/21 (took 1/2 minute longer / 8 traps, no big deal). PS- If you have a moth infestation I would suggest vacuuming all surfaces and carpets thoroughly, washing your curtains (even the synthetic ones they eat). For all rescue sweaters etc. Hand wash in warm water. I use Andalou Naturals shampoo or shampoo bar - very clean, no harsh chemicals, rinse 1 minute, soak 30 minutes, rinse, wring (no wringing), dry flat, then place in strong gallon freezer bags and wring out air in dresser. or sealed carton.
