Update: The company quickly sent a new one that works great (I forgot to update until now!) I bought this as a gift at the end of November 2017. It's been working great for the last 6 months, but lately it's gotten a bit finicky with the open function - so if I press the up button it works, but if I press the down button it doesn't do anything. While I don't expect it to last forever, it would be great if it could run more than 6 months without errors. It was a really great product, popular at dinner parties, but was a little disappointing when it malfunctioned during a product demo (otherwise, they tried to open a bottle of wine and it didn't work). Maybe I just got a bad one as overall the reviews seem great.
