I spent $7 to inflate this #1 balloon and this is what it looked like when I got home 10 minutes later! There's a hole in it. So of course Revain is taking it back for a refund, but I'm not getting a $7 helium refund. I have recommended buying them from local stores as if there is a leak they will replace it but if you can get it from Revain for helium only then it is not their responsibility. Lesson learned. It was for my daughters, sweet 16, I mean 6 (minus 1). Aggravating.
