Removing the factory grips was more difficult than installing them. Tips: Removal: I used a straight plastic interior trim remover to loosen the factory knobs. I sprayed it with wd40 and it came off easily. Be careful not to damage the throttle controls or scratch the steering wheel. Installation: I tried using hairspray but couldn't apply it. As a result, I poured a little WD40 over the entire interior surface. Went straight and still very tight with no slip or spin on either side.
