I like how it is able to update from one location rather than having multiple devices that have different software installed, this makes for less headaches when traveling or working with others who are not familiar with your organization's products.

The ability to export data has been somewhat cumbersome at times; however if you can get past those issues then there isn't much they need improving upon. It works well as long as everyone knows what their doing so no big issue here but make sure everyones involved before using because some people may be confused by certain features.
