It gives us so much information which helps me make important business decisions! All our clients love it as well because its user friendly and easy to use! The best thing about this software is it's accuracy. Nothing like having reliable numbers all over the place! It sometimes loses some details but thats not too big of a deal. Would highly recommend! Our clients are happy they got us instead of going directly into the other companies database. They also have their own reports as well. The ease of use! It's so easy to get started by just logging into their system once you've created it. They also have great customer support if needed. Nothing really at this point as everything seems to work fine but we are still working out some kinks when integrating other solutions like Google My Business and Facebook Pages. We're trying different ways of getting our local listing information into one place. So far, Destinii has been quick to respond and helpful.
