Easy drag, drop & copy functions are great for creating my own templates! I like how easy it was to create our own layouts as well. Sometimes there's lag when using certain features but overall this program has been pretty good so far. It can be confusing at first with all their different options/features available. So try out some samples before getting too deep down rabbit hole ;) We're solving two problems here - one being organization within Outlook (email) messages & another being keeping track of what we've already sent to clients via email marketing campaigns.
