While I would agree with other reviewers that these frames were packaged well and the frames themselves appear to be quite solid, my good feelings end there. Now, with these frames in hand, I'm surprised to see all the positive reviews. First, they don't look like the picture. I bought an 8 x 10 3 multi tone pack. The picture shows a thick bezel, maybe 1.5-2 inches wide, but the bezels I received are only 3/4 inch wide (see next picture ). This was a big disappointment. Second, they're not a true 8x10 discovery (pictured) One of the frames is almost 1/4 shorter. I had to alter the images I used in these frames because the images I originally intended to use were sentimental images that I would not crop. Third, the white-gray aged frame is NOT white and gray at all. It's silver (pictured). It's metallic and shiny, and while it's hard to show in a picture, it's very noticeable in real life, being a metallic silver rather than white or even a matte gray. It also doesn't lend itself very well to a rustic theme because although it looks 'aged' the silver is too shiny and looks new. I will not deal with frame returns but I will not buy from this seller again because I cannot believe I am getting the product I am expecting.
