Spot Scrubber gets the job done

I've been using this product for a few days now. I found it convenient and well thought out. This is exactly what I needed for my pup who hasn't quite figured it out yet. I was pleasantly surprised because reading other reviews I thought it sounded like a jet engine taking off. It's not like this. It sounds like a broom or a small shop vacuum cleaner. I thought it would be a pain to fill and clean. No, that is not so. Each tank snaps in separately and easily. I think the tanks are well thought out. I figured it wouldn't pull dirt and liquid out of the carpet. This is evidenced by dirty water in the holding tank. The stain takes about half a day to dry, as does my full-size cleaner. I thought it wouldn't be that clear. It removes puppy stains and odors - it's a test for me. I thought it was throwing sewage out of the side vents. The trash can is closed. If you do not dry the outside of the holding tank before assembly, you may feel water droplets coming out of the vents. If the tank is dry, then no, nothing. As I said, the holding tank is completely closed and well thought out. I figured the cord would be painful when winding and unwinding. No, the self-service system is great. It takes about 2 seconds to wind or unwind the cable. After reading all the negatives I hoped it would be ok because after months of manual spot cleaning I was fed up with it. This little spot cleaner is better than expected and a lot easier than scrubbing and blotting by hand or taking it out and then cleaning it with a shop vacuum or large steam cleaner. If you happen to have a location this is a nice addition. If you frequently get spots like puppy spots, this is a godsend.
