I LOVE Boots 7 items. I grew up in the UK and have been using their quality products for YEARS. This is my FIRST negative experience with a Boots 7 product. The product is a WHITE liquid in a WHITE container with a WHITE label and WHITE brush. Now I understand it takes about 10 days before it expires. but everything is WHITE. I didn't know I "expired". so now I understand that I did NOT clean ANYTHING! I have bought this product several times. It WORKS, but the cost of 7-10 shares is very expensive in my opinion. To varnish my eyebrows - upper and lower lashes - I need, as I see, 3 bottles a month. Financially it doesn't make sense compared to how they price their other quality products. No problem. The value of available supplies for this eyelash serum. I wrote to them and received no reply. Sad. Because I think the company/quality is excellent and I'm excited that they are increasing their share of the US market.
