I absolutely adore this dress. The fabric is so soft and stretchy, I could wear it all day and night. Because the fabric is so stretchy, I would suggest sizing down. I usually wear a medium and went with a small, and the top is still almost loose on my size D bust. The length is adorable and flirty, but even being 5'8" with long legs, it's not at all close to being dangerously short.It can go with or without the belt (there aren't any loops for the belt on the dress, which I personally like). I didn't think I would use the belt, but I do find it really flattering to highlight the waist.
