There were no instructions or anything similar in the kit. It's too big so I wanted to remove a few links to make it fit better. I can't properly remove the links without instructions. Also, it shows that the clock has different LED color settings, but I don't know how to change them. I think I can find instructions somewhere on the internet. If I can pull the links and figure out the different settings I'm sure it will be great hours to work with. I wanted the watch because it has a glow, which I need when I'm in the patient's room at night to check her vitals.
