This antenna performed better than the other two I tested. I tried another MiMo directional antenna and it was more difficult to set up (the window wasn't facing the cell tower directly and when I got the clearest direction the signal improvement wasn't as good as this omnidirectional Bingfu. I tested it against them as well the antenna 2 7dbi and they have done very little recently I have seen my at&t signal improve from around 100/99 dbi to 90/89 this is very significant as apparently an improvement of 3dbi ours Internet speed could double. I already had good speed and now it's even better. I also help people with technical issues and the person I helped had only 2 bars on a Verizon Jetpack in the country. The signal improvement was like that that the download speed went down from 34 to almost 50 and more important download speeds from just over 1 MB to 5 MB, an eno poor improvement. I used 2 android apps to get it right. Network information and open signal. The first is great for determining signal strength and you can move around and see where the signal is better. An open signal is good for showing direction to the cell tower with the strongest signal. None of these will tell you how to actually change the HotSpot modem as it is done on either the JetPack screen or the About screen I believe it was. On my AT&T MF279 I got into the modem and went to the info screen and it showed the actual DBi signal and I could see the actual improvement. Don't rely on bars to see if it makes a difference. Find a real signal. If you can get a few extra DBi, this antenna costs about $20. If you get more than 3, I expect a significant improvement.
