This is my first time using liquid chalk. I have to say I'm a fan. I don't need a ton of chalk, just enough so my hands don't get slippery. It helps. It dries much quicker than I expected (which is good) and the thin layer of crayon sticks well to hands. The biggest plus is that chalk doesn't get everywhere. The only thing you have to remember is to shake it before applying. Otherwise you get almost all the liquid. For me I need very little. Certainly less than a cent. My suggestion is to err on the too small side and adjust if needed. You will be surprised how much you can do.
