I like that it has integrated with our Salesforce CRM to help us track leads, deal flow, opportunities etc., as well as all aspects related to sales process management in one place! It also helps me keep up-to date w/ my contacts' calendars & availability for meetings / calls. The UI isn't always intuitive so there are times when i have difficulty finding what information I'm looking for or how best to navigate through menus (which can be confusing). Also sometimes we need access to some additional features which aren't available yet within this version but will hopefully come soon - such as being able to schedule appointments directly from an email rather than having to go into calendar first then send out invite via external app. We've been using this product since 2014 and haven't had any issues until now. However, their customer support team just got better recently so they're not nearly as bad anymore!
