The horse made a splash. Putting it together - not that difficult

For almost a year, testers have complained that the holes in the rubber band anchors are too big for the included #10 screws. I figured the company corrected the error a year later. I'm so stupid. The holes are too big for #10 screws and the end caps are too small for #12 screws. I had to drill out the end caps to use #12. I wasn't happy on Christmas Eve. I wrote to the company's customer service and received a reply with a detailed list of everything they wanted from me before sending me replacement anchors. One would think that after all the complaints, it wouldn't be difficult to answer quickly and in the affirmative. I just wish they would fix the @#%$& problem! The horse itself was a Christmas hit. My one year old grandson can't get away from it. I put a rocking chair in place and it rocks 24/7. The horse is cute and the electronics are cool for a kid. As others have said, the rocker slides across the carpet, but my little cowboy doesn't mind at all.
