Worked great for my earwax problem.
I went to the doctor for too much earwax. I didn't hear anything in one ear. He used an irrigator-like device with warm water to wash off the wax. He also charged me $100. So instead of going to the doctor, I once put some olive oil in my ear to soften the wax and washed it with warm water and this device. It is thumb operated so you get just the right amount of water pressure. Works perfectly.
