I had to return this product but I've been talking to HUE for weeks about getting a license key for software that SHOULD come with the camera. but not. (I think it was a refurb, so in the end HUE said they couldn't help me, and I kinda understand that). So the bad rating is based on MY experience of buying this as a repair, not necessarily a camera. However, even if I had the software, it's still not a five-star product. I've worked with other applications, however, but overall it's not a paperweight for all intents and purposes.
