I didn't bother to read the reviews before purchasing but now I wish I had. When I received the cards, one was packaged separately and I thought maybe it was a card with instructions (like pull-tab lottery tickets need instructions). Then I found that each card listed offers to sell tickets to guests, which seemed pretty cheesy. I counted the cards (twice) and only got 23 including the individually wrapped ones. At this point I was reading reviews from many people claiming that they had multiple winning cards and that the first individually wrapped card should be the only winning card. So I checked this card and it wasn't a winning card. Then I checked a few more that were in the deck and two random cards turned out to be a win. I'm sending them back, looks like you might get the full stack of wins or none at all. They have scratch cards that you can buy for $1, but they seem more fun and you don't have to deal coins to scratch them. I'll just skip the lottery at my daughter's party because I don't trust them.
