I needed something to use in my handbag to keep the outside flap pocket closed. That worked great for me. I couldn't sew it on because of the pocket design. So I used E6000 glue. The bag was canvas and the inside of the top flap was suede. After 2 months of exclusive use of the handbag, the buttons are still in place and holding the flap to the bag. It's not a strong magnet, but it's strong enough for the flap and pocket to find and connect.
- Once the two latches are in place, they will snap into place when brought closer. Easy to sew and easy to use.
