The ability to manage different aspects of a business, including the ability to manage different departments. It is also very easy to use. There are some features I would like to see added, such as a customisable dashboard. The ability to manage multiple departments and have them all in one place. This way your managers can easily see what is going on across the department. The benefits for us are that we have so many departments that our managers could not keep track of everything. It has been easy to use for our organization, as it's user friendly! I am able to set up my events with ease by using this software!! The only thing that can be improved would have more options in terms of colors/fonts etc., but other than that we've had no issues so far. We are trying out new things like photo booths at some of our events which helps us get people engaged better.
