I like everything about this program, especially their customer support! It's easy for my clients use (no set up necessary). If any errors occur it will notify me via email within minutes or sometimes seconds after they occurred!! Sometimes there would be lag time but other than minor hiccups with no impact was made during usage at all times i have been using them - so far nothing bad has happened while being in contact through chat also!! They offer two options regarding price which we both went ahead an decided upon what worked best suited us as customers. You can't go wrong by choosing neo soc if you are looking into getting help managing your network system. ! The ease this helps provides allows anyone who works out side office hours access without needing additional resources provided such assistance could otherwise cost money not available unless hired outside personnel. !! The best part about this product for me personally, was being able monitor my network at all times! It has been very useful in keeping an eye out when I am not around or if there are any issues with devices connected through it (or even just by itself).The only thing i dislike so far as having used other similar products before; they have less options than what you can do here which makes them harder sometimes but overall its worth using since everything works great together like alerts etc.,.
