I wanted a shampoo and conditioner that #1 uses less plastic and #2 is better for my hair. I've used it twice and my hair's volume has decreased significantly, but it's become cleaner. I hope things get better with time as I read that your hair needs to adjust. The shampoo works great and is as expected but I gave it 3 stars because the conditioner doesn't penetrate my hair. it feels like it won't fall apart like shampoo and I've tried lathering it up first in my hands and then my hair, or cutting off a piece and rubbing it into my hair. I had to use my bottled conditioner because this conditioner just doesn't work. I love that it's organic, but I won't buy it again because the conditioner is very bad (but smells really good!). I just can't get it in my hair.
